When I say RUN don't walk to Sundays eatery, I mean it with my whole heart!!! This was definitely the best soul food I've tried in Miami by a landslide! Don't let the long wait discourage you, people are waiting for a reason!!! I was fairly surprised by the quality of the food but Trick definitely has some aunties back there cooking! The portions were perfect, everything seasoned, and all the food was HOT! Will definitely be making my way back.

Trick Daddy's restaurant Sunday's Eatery left my soul and taste buds satisfied! The food we ordered was worth every crumb and the blue kool-aid every gulp! Although I'm a southerner, that was my first time having fried ribs and they tasted just like a perfectly fried pork chop. A drizzle of hot sauce made them all the more delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the greens, cornbread and mac and cheese as well. This plate definitely puts the soul in soul food and I'd love to go back and try other menu items. As for the wait, the line was extremely long upon arrival and for a very valid reason because the food wasn't disappointing at all. The server took our orders while we were standing in line. If you plan to visit, please note that there isn't indoor seating and expect to have a grab and go experience.

Sunday's Eatery is a staple for natives and a must visit for tourists, owned and operated by 305's very own Trick Daddy. When coming in for a quick visit, I knew that stopping by was a must. I didn't know what to expect but I wasn't let down. The food was reasonably priced with plates being under $18. Rice comes with all meals but you can upgrade it with shrimp for an additional $3 and choose one additional side. I was skeptical about the rice because I didn't know what to expect but it was full of flavor, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The interior is very clean but small so think twice if you're looking to dine in. We went on a Sunday afternoon about 2 hours before closing and it was busy. Definitely add this to your plans if you're in Miami!

Saw Sunday's Eatery on one of my favorite YouTuber's channel and knew I had to check it out! The place itself is pretty small but there are a few seats to dine in. I ordered the fried catfish and it was absolutely delicious! Highly highly recommend getting this. The collards were also really good too! I'm deducting one star because my iced tea was overly sweet and the cashier charged me for a large when I got a regular size. Shoutout to Trick Daddy for serving up some amazing food! 10/10 for sure

So good!! I ordered the red snapper plate and my husband got the turkey wings. The greens were perfectly seasoned. This is a perfect place to get a solid meal for under $18. Rice is a standard side but can be upgraded for shrimp rice. This location is near the Miami dolphins stadium in a strip mall. It took about 40 mins for the food to be ready as we had a group of 5, so I wouldn't come for a quick bite. There is limited seating inside but I would get good to go

Trick love the kids! Well in this case, he loves to cook and has shared his love through his eatery. While here I ordered the fried ribs. I know...fried ribs? They were so good. Fried crispy, perfectly seasoned and meaty. I could barely get thru 2! There are 4 ribs in each order. If you order the Take it 2 the house portion, it comes with 2 sides. Their standard rice and another side of your choosing. I chose the collards. The collards were savory and juicy. In addition to the sides, your meal comes with a cornbread muffin. I will say they need to love up on that rice more. And by that, I mean... season it and make sure it's not overdone. If it's an auto selection, make sure it doesn't feel like a throwaway side. My meal with drink came to about 28. 16.99 for the meal and 4.99 for a large Coke. You definitely get a great serving for the price in food. Not sure why the soft drink is about a qtr of the price of meal also. LOL! The staff was fast and courteous, the facilities were clean and food came out at a great pace. Check them out if you're in the Miami-Dade area!
